Our commitment to the STEAM Robotics Magnet includes going above and beyond to serve and prepare your child for the future. The strength of our program and the success of our students comes from the cooperation between our parents, teachers, and students.   

 

YOU, Parents, are a critical part of our program.

Parents can get involved by:  

• Registering on the Parent Portal.   

• Visiting the school website regularly. 

• Monitoring student progress on “Schoology” and on the Parent Portal.  

• Attending Back-to-School Night, Open House, and the two (2)PLBAO Nights.

• Attending other school events and parent workshops.  

• Learning what our school offers by visiting the Parent Center.  

• Becoming involved in the School Site Council and other school meetings.  

• Joining the English Learner Advisory Committee.  

• Volunteer at Mulholland, and volunteer at events.

• Providing donations to our school and classrooms.  

• Join our PTO

 

Prepare Your Child for Middle School and Beyond, with skills to:

• Recognize the difference between “wants” vs. “needs.”

• Take one out, put one in. Goal: Keep messes from becoming overwhelming in their bedroom, workspace or backpack.

• Learn how to categorize, label, and sort.

• Make daily checklists.

• Keep and maintain a calendar.
